The Blizzard Will End: Litia’s Elegy

One night in the Gold Court of Ul’dah, Sorkhaghtani entrusted a story to Lafiel with the intent that our resident elezen minstrel would spread the woman’s tale in her travels in the hopes that the truth of Litia’s sacrifice in Garlemald would be recognized instead of shunted by the wayside. However, after hearing the story, Lafiel couldn’t help but feel a great empathy for Tani and her lost friend and was nigh-on compelled to compose the tale into song. Upon presenting it to the xaela, there were tears aplenty as well as Tani’s heartfelt gratitude and a promise to take the song and carry it onward. Another star glimmers in the sky of Lafiel’s dreamscape of having her songs live on as legacies…
