A New Learning Experience

As one of my friends would say — wewlad. This new blog has been a learning experience and a half. I’ve overcome a number of design and programming challenges. It’s been good, though, even when it’s been frustrating and I’ve considered just scrapping it all. Much virtual table-flipping. Or table-flipping in my head. Some of both. I can flip tables in Tabletop Simulator after all.

But yeah, this has been simultaneously fun, frustrating, infuriating and fulfilling. I’ve needed a creative outlet aside from online roleplaying for a while now and I think this is just the ticket!

For those of you who use Elementor and get the “the_content” error when you build new pages? Resources online will tell you all kinds of stuff, but the solution I found was simply going under the Template tab in the WordPress post editor and just setting it to something besides default. (For me, it was “Elementor Canvas” but your mileage and templates may vary!) I certainly hope leaving this tidbit here helps someone else, because I sure was wracking my brain on how to fix it since none of their listed fixes worked.
