Other Sharlayan residents would likely recognize Elaine as one of a trio of triplets from the Charbonneau family. She was a long-term registrant with the Studium until her mysterious disappearance some years ago.
Sharlayan Refugees
Having departed from their homeland, the triplets made frequent stops at whatever Sharlayan settlements they could find as they journeyed their way eastward to Eorzea. Other Sharlayan refugees or wandering travelers are likely to have shared a campfire for a night or maybe shared a meal with them.
